We accept returns under the following conditions:
•The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The return request is initiated within 2 to 3 days of receiving the product.
• The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, customized or worn items (e.g., wigs cut, styled, or altered) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Clearance or sale items.
• Hair care products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, styling products).
• Accessories or tools that have been opened.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Wait for confirmation and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Ship the item back to us at the provided address.
Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Partial Refunds:
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for:
• Items returned with signs of use.
• Returns initiated outside the 3-day return window.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
